Time taken to build a website depends on so many factors. Major factor is Functionality of the website. We can complete a normal website within 3 -5 working days / a week time if client provides all the images & content required to build a website.

» What is expected of me during the process?

One big misconception that people have is that web designers are copywriters. We personally do not write copy. Therefore you are expected to provide all the content. Given our internet marketing experience we can provide feedback on the copy draft you provide in the comprehensive package.

» How should I supply text and images to you?

We prefer the content to be sent via email. Text can be sent to us in the body of the email or attached as a Word document. If you are sending a lot of images and they are very large then we would recommend zipping the files . If you have a Google account you could also upload images to Google Drive and share them. Images, particularly photos should be in JPEG or JPG format although we can accept other formats such as GIF and PNG. If you're not sure of the format just ask us for advice.

All our websites are created with search engines in mind and the website design is compliant with search engine guidelines. » Are there hidden costs associated with web design services?

No. We discuss with you your website requirements and then price accordingly and once you have placed an order for your website design with us, we work hard so that the outlined price quote is strictly adhered to. Web design is very much an evolutionary process and often clients change the scope of a project once underway. If the need to alter the price quote arises, we will communicate this to you before any extra work is started.

» What kind of hosting do I need to support my WordPress website?

WordPress runs best on a Linux server with PHP 5 capabilities. Most hosting companies will easily support these requirements. If you have any concern on your hosting company’s support options, we are happy to investigate your existing hosting package and provide assistance with new hosting if needed.

» Do you accept every client?

Absolutely not. If the client is not a good fit, the opportunity is not quoted. Creating a new website is a big endeavor, so the website designer and their client need to have synergies for the project to launch successfully.

» Can I add more pages after my website goes live?

Of course.

» Can you guarantee I’ll be number one in Google?

There is a lot of competition for the number one spot on Google so we cannot guarantee that your site will be number one. Some companies will lead you to believe that they can get your site to number one but their methods may be questionable and could end up costing you a lot of money or in the worst case scenario your site could be banned. Whilst we cannot guarantee the number one spot we aim to get your site listed as high up as possible for popular search terms related to your site and we use modern search engine approved methods to do so.
